The trainers, and members all
help to collate the information that goes into the Newsletters. They are packed
full of current and interesting information, and come out quarterly.
We aim to publish our Newsletters, quarterly, (January, April, July and October).
Whilst the most recent Newsletter is current, you can download any
of the previous issues from here. Should you wish to be kept up to date with the
current Newsletter, why not contact one of the trainers for a membership form
(£3.50 for a years membership)
