Melissa met the other trainers of "Paws 4 Fun" when she joined a Kennel Club Good Citizen Class run by them at another club. As they say the rest is history and she is now fully committed to "Paws 4 Fun" as a fellow trainer.
When not at "Paws 4 Fun", Melissa is self-employed running ABCforPETS. This business keeps Melissa busy running a small pet shop in Par, a one-to-one training service through home visits and also clicker training at St. Blazey Gate.
Melissa shares her working and home life with 2 dogs, Questa an English Pointer and Misi a Springer Spaniel. Both dogs have been clicker trained through to Gold level in the Kennel Clubs Good Citizen Dog Scheme, compete in agility and have gained their level 1 titles in K9 Multisport. Melissa may also have a third dog with her when you meet her as she is a volunteer puppy socialiser for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
